Social infrstructures need cooperative (rather than hierarchical) and preventive mecanisms.
And if these fail or are unsufficient, soft justice mecanisms, such as mediation.

Les infrastructures sociales ont besoin de mécanismes de coopératifs (plutôt que hiérarchiques) et préventifs. Et si ceux-ci échouent ou sont insuffisants, de mécanismes de justice douce, comme la médiation.
